A low-slope roof has nowhere for water to go in a hurry, so drainage and seam integrity do all the work. Standing water that is still there 48 hours after rain is a problem worth solving before it becomes a leak.
We work on flat sections of homes — porches, additions, patio covers — as well as small commercial roofs, with membrane systems and coatings suited to the substrate.

Either the slope was never adequate, the insulation has compressed, or a drain is blocked. Coating over ponding water without fixing the cause buys a season at most.
How long does a flat roof last?
It depends entirely on the system and the detailing. A well-installed membrane with sound drainage can run 15 to 25 years; a poorly drained one can fail in five.
Can a flat roof be coated instead of replaced?
Sometimes. Coating works when the substrate is sound and dry. If there is trapped moisture in the system, coating seals the problem in.
Do you work on commercial flat roofs?
Small commercial, yes. We provide roofing services for small commercial properties, delivering reliable solutions tailored to the needs of each building. Contact us to discuss your commercial roofing project and get started.
