South Texas UV is punishing on a south or west elevation, and a coat applied over chalky, damp or unprepared substrate will show it within two seasons. Washing, scraping, priming bare timber and caulking the joints is most of the job.
We paint siding, trim, fascia, soffit, doors and exterior masonry, and we repair the timber that needs repairing before any colour goes on.

With good preparation and quality coatings, seven to ten years on protected elevations; less on a west wall that takes full afternoon sun every day.
Do you repair wood before painting?
Yes. Painting rotten fascia or trim is money thrown away — we replace or repair first and quote it separately so you can see it.
What is the best time of year to paint in San Antonio?
Spring and autumn. Mid-summer surface temperatures can be too high for correct film formation on a sunlit elevation, so we schedule those sides early in the day.
Can you match my current colour?
Yes — we can colour match from a sample, and we will put a test patch up before committing the whole elevation.
